More Pictures from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Site layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island among the images.

Furthermore featured in this recent image release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and features a notes section identifying distinct areas of the property.

In addition to this are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, such as designs for marina coverings.

Further materials disclosed as part of the current investigative process.
